Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF Oats Traditional Aussie Oats
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Method
- Place oats in a bowl, cover with boiling water.
- Leave oats to 'sit' and absorb the water - the longer the better
- Microwave on medium-high for 1-2 minutes. Or slowly heat on the stovetop - you can add 1/2 cup water or milk of choice for a creamier porridge texture.

Bowl 1:
Oatmeal + yoghurt + raspberries + flaked almonds

Bowl 2:
Oatmeal + yoghurt + blueberries

Bowl 3:
Oatmeal + banana + pepitas + cacao nibs + GF Oats Raspberry & Apple Coulis +crunchy almond butter

Bowl 4:
Oatmeal + fruit salad + almond butter + cacao nibs

Bowl 5:
Oatmeal + blackberries + apple slices + ground cinnamon + GF Oats Raw Honey
