
Looking for a savoury twist on your morning oats? These scrambled oats are creamy, comforting, and packed with protein to keep you going all day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup GF Oats Traditional Aussie Oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon
- Toppings of choice
METHOD
- Mash banana and then mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour mix into a frypan over medium heat.
- Mix occasionally to allow both sides to be golden brown whilst breaking the oats up.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
