 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup GF Aussie Traditional Oats - blendedÂ
- 1/2 banana - mashed
- 1 serving vanilla protein powderÂ
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 3 tbs almond milk - or any alternative milk
- Handful nuts and seeds mixÂ
- Banana & Nut Butter to top

METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Place in preheated oven (180C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy!Â
