
This is a gooood one! It's creamy, it's delicious and it's high fibre as a bonus!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup GF Oats Organic Oats
- 1 1/2 Tbson Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbspn Cocoa Powder
- 1 shot Espresso
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 -2 Tbspn GF Oats Honey
- 1 Tbspn Vanilla Essence
- Greek Yoghurt
METHOD
- In a bowl add oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder and mix together
- Add in a shot of espresso, almond milk, honey to taste, and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours (or overnight).
- Once it's set, top with Greek Yoghurt and dust with more cocoa powder.
- Enjoy.
