
Warm, delicious choc filled baked oats.
This will be your new favourite way to make oats in the winter.
Options to make this recipe Vegan, Dairy Free or Vegetarian.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30g GF Oats
- (Optional) 1 scoop of protein powder
- 150ml Milk of Choice
- 50g Chocolate Chips or Chocolate of Choice
METHOD
- Preheat Oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix Oats, Protein Powder and Milk in a bowl until combined.
- Grease a small ramekin or oven proof dish.
- Add oat mixture to the dish. Leave 1 - 2 spoonfuls out.
- Add chocolate of choice to the oat mixture, and top with the remaining 1 - 2 spoonfuls so it's covered.
- Bake for 10 - 15 mins or until lightly golden on top.
