
Make mornings super simple with this 5 minute mug muffin. Only 315 calories (excluding toppings).
Mix it up by adding your favourite toppings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole egg
- 40g GF Oats
- 100g ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Toppings:
- Peanut Butter
- Hemp Seeds
- Rasberries
METHOD
- Mix all main ingredients together well in a large mug.
- Microwave for approx 2 min or until the mixture pulls away from the mug.
- Serve with your favourite toppings!
