Easy Breakfast Mug Muffin Recipe using GF Oats

Make mornings super simple with this 5 minute mug muffin. Only 315 calories (excluding toppings). 

Mix it up by adding your favourite toppings. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 40g GF Oats
  • 100g ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

Toppings:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Rasberries

METHOD

  1. Mix all main ingredients together well in a large mug.
  2. Microwave for approx 2 min or until the mixture pulls away from the mug.
  3. Serve with your favourite toppings!
