INGREDIENTS:
- 200g milk or dark chocolate
- 30g (about 2 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 100g (about 1 cup) GF Oats Granola of Choice
- Sprinkles
METHOD
- Line a small silicone tray or a mini muffin pan with sprinkles.
- In a small saucepan or heatproof bowl over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the granola until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared tray, pressing lightly to fill the cavities.
- Refrigerate for at least 30–40 minutes, or until set.
- Pop out the bites and enjoy!
