INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup rolled oats GF Oats Fruit and Nut Muesli
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (or a plant-based alternative)
- 1 grated apple
- 1 tbsp GF Oats Raw Honey
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, apricots, etc.)
- Fresh fruit, nuts, coconut shaving for topping
METHOD
- Mix oats, yogurt, milk, grated apple, honey, and dried fruit. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with fresh fruit and nuts.
