Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Golden Milk Overnight Oats
Gluten free, vegan and filled with nourishing oats and warming spices for gut-health and happy digestion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45g (1/2c) GF rolled oats
  • 170ml (3/4c) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • Good pinch of black pepper

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl of choice, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight. (or at least 4 hours)
  2. Serve cool straight from the fridge, or alternatively you can pop them into a saucepan and heat until just warmed through.
  3. Add toppings of choice, ideas include: Fruit, dried fruit, granola, coconut yoghurt, nuts and seeds, cinnamon.
