
These Chocolate Scrambled Oats are an absolute game changed. Packed with plenty of protein, these will leave you feeling full for the whole morning. And the best part - they're bloody delicious.
Ingredients:
- 45g Traditional Oats
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 Cup Milk of Choice
Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Banana
- Peanut Butter
- High protein Greek Yoghurt
Method:
- Add Banana to a bowl, and mash using a fork.
- Add oats, egg, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and milk to the bowl and mix well.
- Pan fry the mixture on medium heat for 5 mins.
- Remove from heat and add to a bowl. Serve with topping ingredients.
