High Protein Choc Scrambled Oats

These Chocolate Scrambled Oats are an absolute game changed. Packed with plenty of protein, these will leave you feeling full for the whole morning. And the best part - they're bloody delicious. 

Ingredients: 

  • 45g Traditional Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of Choice

Toppings: 

  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Peanut Butter
  • High protein Greek Yoghurt

 

Method:

  1. Add Banana to a bowl, and mash using a fork. 
  2. Add oats, egg, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and milk to the bowl and mix well. 
  3. Pan fry the mixture on medium heat for 5 mins.
  4. Remove from heat and add to a bowl. Serve with topping ingredients.
