
This viral Brownie Baked Oats is a game changer. It's so quick and easy and makes for the perfect guilt free dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Organic Quick Oats
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Dairy free chocolate chips
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C or 160 °C fan forced.
- Blend banana, oats, egg, milk cocoa powder, pinch of sale, baking soda and honey.
- Pour mixture into a Ramekin or oven safe bowl and add chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes (check with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs).
