This savory oats bowl is your new go-to lunch - creamy, crunchy, and super satisfying. Packed with oats, chia, yogurt, milk, fresh cucumber, carrots, and moong bean sprouts, then topped with juicy pomegranate.

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup GF Oats Oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk (any kind)
- 2–3 tbsp plain yogurt
- ¼ cup cucumber, finely chopped
- ¼ cup carrot, grated or finely chopped
- ¼ cup moong bean sprouts
- 2–3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Pinch of Salt
METHOD
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, salt and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, ideally 2 hours, or overnight.
- Just before eating, chop cucumber, grate carrot, and rinse sprouts.
- Give the soaked oats a good stir. Top with cucumber, carrot, sprouts, and pomegranate.
