ANZAC Biscuit Trifle
Indulging in the layers of our ANZAC biscuit trifle is more than just a culinary delight; it’s a heartfelt homage to the rich tradition and enduring flavors that have stood the test of time.

Why not try making this delactable Trifle and enjo the flavours of biscuit, custard and the jelly in every bite.



Ingredients

  • GF Oats ANZAC biscuits
  • 1 packet jelly (flavour of choice, e.g., raspberry or passionfruit)
  • 2 cups custard
  • Extra ANZAC biscuits for topping (crumbled)

Method

  1. Make the jelly – Prepare jelly according to the packet instructions and let it set in the fridge.
  2. Crumble the biscuits – Crush ANZAC biscuits into chunky crumbs and place a layer at the bottom of each serving glass or bowl.
  3. Add jelly – Once set, scoop or cut jelly into chunks and layer it over the biscuit crumble.
  4. Pour custard – Add a thick layer of custard over the jelly.
  5. Top it off – Finish with more crumbled ANZAC biscuits for crunch.
  6. Chill & serve – Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes (or just dig in straight away).
