
The perfect recipe for meal prepping. With just 4 ingredients you can whip these up in no time.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups GF Oats fruit & nut muesli (or any other flavour)
- 1/4 cup GF Oats pure honey
- 1/3 cup cashew butter (or nut butter)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
- Simply heat the wet ingredients (microwave or on the stove) to combine.
- In a bowl, add the wet ingredients and muesli and stir until combined.
- Pack into a square dish.
- Chill until set, and cut to your desired size!
