
These delicious and moist brownies are perfect for every occasion. Snack, dessert, or just because.
INGREDIENTS:
Wet:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs dairy free butter
- 1/3 cup golden monkfruit
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- Vanilla extract
Dry:
- 1 cup GF Oats Oat Flour - or grind 1 cup of Traditional Oats
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
- Dairy free chocolate chips
- Icing mixture
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a rectangle baking tray.
- Beat the wet ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until no dry pockets remain.
- Fold in chocolate buttons.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate buttons.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it springs back when you gently touch the top.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Once cool, mix 2 tsp icing mixture with a dash almond milk to create a ‘glaze’. Drizzle over brownies and sprinkle with sprinkles (optional).
- Slice and enjoy! 🫶
