
Super duper easy Oat & Fruit breakfast slice.
Such a wholesome, nourishing option when you want something different to eggs but still packed with goodness.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup GF Oats rolled oats
- 3 mashed bananas (about 1½ cups)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper.
- Press the mixture down evenly like a slice.
- Bake until golden brown on top and cooked through with a nice golden base.
- Let it cool, slice and serve ❤️
