Oat & Fruit Breakfast Slice Recipe

Oat & Fruit Slice made using GF Oats
Super duper easy Oat & Fruit breakfast slice.

Such a wholesome, nourishing option when you want something different to eggs but still packed with goodness.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup GF Oats rolled oats
  • 3 mashed bananas (about 1½ cups)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method: 


    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Mix everything together until well combined.
    3. Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper.
    4. Press the mixture down evenly like a slice.
    5. Bake until golden brown on top and cooked through with a nice golden base.
    6. Let it cool, slice and serve ❤️

    So simple, so wholesome, and such a mum win 🙌🏼
