Juicy pink lady apples and antioxidant-rich wild blueberries are gently stewed with cinnamon, then topped with a hearty crumble packed with GF Oats, walnuts, coconut, and a boost of protein. A drizzle of maple and vanilla ties it all together, creating a golden, nutty crust that pairs beautifully with the warm fruit beneath. Delicious served fresh from the oven with a dollop of creamy yoghurt or a spoonful of custard.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pink lady apples, diced
- Frozen wild blueberries
- Cinnamon

Juice of 1/2 lemon
Crumble:
- 1 cup GF Oats Traditional Oats
- 1 heaped tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- Dash maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Vanilla paste
- Splash almond milk
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Lightly stew apples with a little water and cinnamon
- Add blueberries and cook for another minute
- Transfer to baking dish, squeeze over lemon juice
- Mix crumble ingredients in a bowl until combined
- Top fruit with crumble and bake ~15 mins until golden
- Serve warm with yoghurt or custard
