This apple Crumble bar uses GF Oats Gluten Free Flour and GF Oats Traditional Oats for the crumble.
INGREDIENTS:

- 1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener
- 1/3 cup dairy free butter
Filling:
- 4 apples, diced and stewed in water, brown monkfruit and cinnamon until soft.
Crumble:
- 1/2 cup GF Oats Traditional Oats
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cubed dairy free butter
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a medium sized square oven proof dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the base ingredients with your fingertips until a soft dough begins to form.
- Pour the base mixture into your ovenproof dish and flatten down, creating a little edge around the outside. You may need to wet your hands or spatula to avoid it sticking for this step.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes whilst you prepare the crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients with your fingertips until combined.
- Once the base is ready, pour the apple mixture over the base and slightly press down.
Crumble the crumble mixture ontop of the apples and place back into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden. - Slice and serve with some coconut yoghurt! Enjoy 🫶🫶
