Biscoff & Raspberry Overnight Oats in a Jar

If you love the classic combination of sweet raspberries and caramelised Biscoff, these overnight oats are about to become your new obsession. Creamy oats are combined with Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and maple syrup, then topped with layers of juicy raspberries and a smooth Biscoff drizzle. Simply prepare the night before and wake up to a delicious, ready-to-eat breakfast, lunch or dessert that feels like a treat while keeping you satisfied all morning.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup GF Oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp milk (for the Biscoff layer)

Method

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and Greek yoghurt. Stir well until fully mixed.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until they form a chunky puree.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Biscoff spread with a dash of milk and gently warm until smooth and slightly runny.
  4. Spoon the mashed raspberries over the oat mixture, then add the melted Biscoff layer on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Enjoy straight from the fridge the next morning. 😋

Tip: Add a few fresh raspberries and a drizzle of Biscoff on top before serving for an extra indulgent breakfast.
