Using my go-to Aussie oats brand GF Oats organic, free from glyphosate and the gluten contamination found in wheat, rye and barley. A brand you can trust, we just love them!!

Ingredients:Â
- 2 cups GF Oats
- 3.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy free choc chips
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 170°c and line a suitable dish with baking paper (i've used a slice tray).
- In a medium bowl add oats, cocoa & baking powder. Next, add coconut oil, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla, mix until well combined.
- Add 3/4 of a cup of choc chips, fold through until combined.
- Pour oat mixture into prepared tray/dish and sprinkle remaining choc chips across the top.
- Bake for 30- 35min until the center is set, allow to cool before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!!Â
