
When apple gets turned into a rich, fudgy brownie pie✨ Easy one-bowl mix, loaded with protein, fibre and chocolate crunch… you can even have this for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS
Base:
- 1 medium apple, chopped (skin on)
- 1/2 cup chocolate granola or GF Oats Choc Muesli
- 1/2 cup GF Oats rolled oats
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, to taste
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Toppings:
- Dark chocolate chips
- Granola of Choice
METHOD:
- Blend all the base ingredients together in a food processor.
- Line baking tray with the mixture.
- Top with topping ingredients.
- Bake at 175C for 20 mins!
- Cut into slices and enjoy.
