Chocolate Anzac Slice Recipe

Choc Anzac Slice – A delicious twist on the classic Anzac biscuit! This rich and chewy slice combines the golden oat, coconut, and delicious flavors of traditional ANZAC biscuits with a decadent layer of chocolate. Perfect for an afternoon treat or a nostalgic dessert with a modern touch.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, line rectangle baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ANZAC mixture until sticky and combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together chocolate ingredients until creamy.
  4. Press down half of the ANZAC mixture into your prepared dish.
  5. Pour over chocolate mixture.
  6. Crumble remaining ANZAC mixture over the top of the chocolate.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
  8. Drizzle with dark chocolate once cooled and enjoy! 🫶
