So easy to make and you can even even meal prep it if you're time poor in the mornings.
Tip: If you freeze it overnight for meal prep, pull it out 10 minutes early to make it easier to blend
Ingredients:Â
1/2 cup Frozen Mango
2 Tblspns Vanilla Greek Yoghurt (or similar)
1 Tblspn of Almonds
1/4 cup GF Oats Quick Oats
200ml Milk of ChoiceÂ
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a blending cup
2. Blend until compinedÂ
Tip: You can meal prep by adding all ingredients except the milk. Pop in the freezer overnight. Pour in milk when ready to blend the next day.Â
