
Did someone say Healthy Chocolate Cake?
This Choccie Cake is sure to win you some brownie points 😆
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup GF Oats honey
3/4 cup GF Oats gluten free flour
3/4 cup cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup nut milk
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Frosting:
2 large ripe avocados
2 tsp GF Oats honey
1/4 cup cacao powder
METHOD

Preheat oven to 175C, line a loaf tin with baking paper

In a large bowl, stir together the honey, flour, cacao, baking powder. Add eggs, milk, melted oil and vanilla.

Mix until combined, gently stir in boiling water. Your batter will be very thin, this is okay!

Pour into baking tin.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool.

Blitz frosting ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Spread over cooled cake and top with fresh raspberries.
