Made with wholesome ingredients and a high-protein boost, they help keep you fuller for longer. Whether you enjoy them for breakfast, or as a lunchbox snack these pancakes are a tasty way to stay energized.
Ingredients
- 1 Tblspn GF Oats
- 2 Tblspn GF Oats Pancake Mix
- 1 1/2 Tblspn GF Oats Oaty Boost
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk of choice
Method
- Add ingredients to a blender or bullet and mix until fully combined.
- Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
Tip: Don't make the pan too hot - Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the pan
- When the batter is showing bubbles, flip the pancake. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from pan and top with toppins of choice.
