Meal Prep Protein Muesli
This time of year makes for the best berry filled breakfast bowls. If you're feeling a bit time poor, or want some delicious muesli to pack on the go, here's the perfect recipe for you. 

INGREDIENTS:

Muesli:


Bowl:

  • Fresh fruits
  • Yoghurt
  • Honey


METHOD

Muesli

  1. Mix all Muesli ingredients into a jar and shake well.
  2. Seal and store

Bowl

  1. Add Meusli, fresh fruit, yoghurt to a bowl
  2. Top with Honey.
  3. Enjoy
