
This time of year makes for the best berry filled breakfast bowls. If you're feeling a bit time poor, or want some delicious muesli to pack on the go, here's the perfect recipe for you.
INGREDIENTS:
Muesli:
- 2 cups GF Oats Quick Oats
- 2 servings vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamias
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs Sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- K-Fibre (optional fibre boost)
Bowl:
- Fresh fruits
- Yoghurt
- Honey
METHOD
Muesli
- Mix all Muesli ingredients into a jar and shake well.
- Seal and store
Bowl
- Add Meusli, fresh fruit, yoghurt to a bowl
- Top with Honey.
- Enjoy
