Oat & Banana Pancake

A big, fluffy stack of pancakes made with wholesome GF Oats or GF Oats Flour.

INGREDIENTS:

Makes about 8 pancakes

  • 1 cup GF Oats (blended into flour) or Oat Flour
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Blend oats into a fine flour.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, milk and vanilla.
  3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Heat a pan with a little butter or oil. Pour in small rounds of batter and cook until golden on both sides.
  5. Stack high, drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh berries (or Dad’s favourite toppings - bacon and maple is a winner too!).

✨ Tip: Let the kids decorate Dad’s stack with fruit or a cheeky chocolate drizzle for extra fun.
