A big, fluffy stack of pancakes made with wholesome GF Oats or GF Oats Flour.
INGREDIENTS:
Makes about 8 pancakes
- 1 cup GF Oats (blended into flour) or Oat Flour
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
METHOD
- Blend oats into a fine flour.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Stir in oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a pan with a little butter or oil. Pour in small rounds of batter and cook until golden on both sides.
- Stack high, drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh berries (or Dad’s favourite toppings - bacon and maple is a winner too!).
✨ Tip: Let the kids decorate Dad’s stack with fruit or a cheeky chocolate drizzle for extra fun.
