
The most perfect, nutritious, filling breakfast for a long day of learning. And even better, they’re gluten contamination free (from wheat, rye & barley), refined sugar free and dairy free.
Ingredients:
- 110g mashed banana
- 50g GF Oats Quick Oats or Organic Quick Oats
- 60ml almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 15g GF Oats Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat over to 180 degrees Celsius
- Combine all of the ingredients, until mixed well in an over proof dish or ramekin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
