Plum Porridge, my mouth is watering, is there a better way to start the day? I certainly don't think so! This delicious porridge is super quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF Oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 dried Pitted Prunes
- LSA (Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds & Almonds)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer until thick
- Add more milk for a thinner porridge
- Sprinkle with LSA
- Top with stewed plums - (I found some preserved plums & pears at our local markets)
