Plum Porridge for Breakfast

Plum Porridge, my mouth is watering, is there a better way to start the day? I certainly don't think so!  This delicious porridge is super quick and easy to make.


  • 1 cup GF Oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 dried Pitted Prunes
  • LSA (Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds & Almonds)


  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer until thick
  2. Add more milk for a thinner porridge
  3. Sprinkle with LSA
  4. Top with stewed plums - (I found some preserved plums & pears at our local markets)
