You've tried sweet, but have you ever tried a savoury overnight oat? This recipe is super easy to make on busy morning, and will have you drooling over the pan as you fry up the spices.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tblspn GF Oats Traditional Oats
- 2 Tblspn Plain Yoghurt
- 2 Tblspn Grated Carrot
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Tblspn Oil
- Pinch of Mustard Seeds
- 2 - 3 Curry Leaves
- 2 Tblspn Peanuts
- Chilli Powder to taste

Prepare the overnight oats by adding oats, yoghurt, carrot, salt & pepper to a container. Mix well, cover and store in the fridge overnight.

On a small frying pan, heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and lightly fry.
- Next add Peanuts and Chilli Powder and lightly fry until golden.
- Remove the mix from pan and add to a bowl or serving dish, and combine with the overnight oats.
- Mix well & Enjoy.
