
Craving something sweet for brekkie? These choc chip pancakes are soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious with a bonus of chocolatey goodness in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 banana

1 egg
-
About 1/2 cup GF Oats

1 serving vanilla protein

Roughly 1/3 cup nut milk

Dash of maple syrup

Cinnamon
Method:
- Blitz all ingredients but choc chips in a blender until a thick consistency forms.

Preheat a large frypan on low and either using butter or coconut oil to grease the pan.

Pour mixture into the pan and top with a few choc chips.

Flip after about a minute or two.

Top with desired topping, I love honey and kiwi fruit!
