The Perfect Porridge

What better way to start the day than with a bowl of nourishing warm porridge. The fabulous Rosie on TV’s Good Chef Bad Chef has created this delicious recipe using our GF Oats. Try it for yourself and see if you agree that it is The Perfect Porridge.

The Perfect Porridge 

Recipe by: Rosie Mansfield 
Time: 15 minutes
Serve: 1

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
250ml plant based milk 
100ml water
1 pinch salt

Serve
Greek yoghurt
Honey
Raspberries 

Method
In a small saucepan place oats, liquid and a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

Serve with chosen toppings.
