A grab & go snack make with a delicious peanut butter and choc twist.
INGREDIENTS
- 2x ripe bananas (188g)
- 2tbls peanut butter (40g)
- 1 1/2 cups GF Oats (120g)
- Roast Almond Dark chocolate (20g) or GF Oats Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
- Cinnamon
- Salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven 180 degrees
- Mix together ingredients
- Roll into 10x even balls
- Flatten into cookie shape
- Bake 15min
