
Only 5 ingredients to make these Low FODMAP Oatmeal Brownies! 🍫✨
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup GF Oats (rolled or quick oats)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup lactose-free milk (or any milk of choice)
- (Optional): 1–2 tsp maple syrup or GF Oats Honey for sweetness
- (Optional): Dairy Free GF Oats Choc Chips
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced) / 200°C (conventional).
- In a small bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add the egg and milk (plus any optional extras), and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or lined small oven-safe dish or ramekin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool slightly, then dig in as is. Optionally - top with yoghurt, fruit, or a dollop of nut butter.
