Oatmeal Brownie Recipe

Only 5 ingredients to make these Low FODMAP Oatmeal Brownies! 🍫✨

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced) / 200°C (conventional).
  2. In a small bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add the egg and milk (plus any optional extras), and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined small oven-safe dish or ramekin.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool slightly, then dig in as is. Optionally - top with yoghurt, fruit, or a dollop of nut butter.
