This recipe is super simple and a great treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup GF Oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
- Berries of choice
- Chocolate Chips
METHOD:
- Blend oats, banana, egg, sugar/maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk to make a smooth batter.
- Pour the ingredient in cake tin and top it with berries and chocolate buttons
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
